Presenting SharpNet’s talented and charismatic Employee of the Month for February 2022: (Drumroll, please…) JOHN SEABERRY! (Applause, and the crowd goes wild!)

John is committed to his clients and dedicated to his team, going above and beyond the call of duty—a true asset to our SEO team and a natural leader, providing insight, inspiration, and innovative ideas that strengthen our company as a whole.

When he’s not hard at work here at SharpNet, John is a talented musician who tours the country and a dedicated dad, and he even finds the time to dabble in archery on occasion! A huge congratulations and a warm round of applause for John!

Here are some other fun facts about John!

How did you first learn about SharpNet?

J: I was looking for a job about a year ago. (We’re glad you found us, John!)

How do you balance your career at SharpNet and your free time?

J: I spend a lot of time with my kids, playing music, and being involved in hobbies like archery and various creative endeavors.

How has SharpNet helped you in your career development?

J: I learn a ton of stuff every day, in many technical aspects of digital marketing as well as overall strategy. Most days, I feel like an intern!

If you could pick one theme for SharpNet to turn into a book about the company, what would it be?

J: We are all D&D tabletop game players who have been magically sucked into the adventure, and we are all collaboratively embarking on quest after quest and constantly helping each other level up.

Any random facts you could share?

J: For those who don’t know me well, I am also a pro musician who plays a variety of string instruments. I have spent a lot of years touring around with various acts, mostly in jazz, rock, and musical theater. Now I go out for gigs on the weekends. This weekend, I’m flying to Houston for a gig. And when I can, I play with A Band Near Me, a group of SharpNet employees who rock out!

Are you messy or organized?

J: Depends on what we’re talking about… Musical gear in perfect order. Clothes on bedroom floor. No extraneous icons on desktop. Haven’t done taxes yet. Have my lunches planned for the week. Have no idea what I’ll feed my family tonight.

Best vacation you’ve been on?

J: A trip to Fort Collins in 1998 that made me want to move here.

If you could be any force of nature, what would it be?

J: Magnetism, because it seems like the last form of magic left in the world.
